In legal practice, the use of many documents is subject to notarisation. Such certifications confirm the authenticity of a document (certification of a copy) or the authenticity of a signature (certification of a signature). In these cases, I therefore certify either that a copy corresponds to the original document or that a specific person has signed a document by hand. However, there is no legal review of the declaration unless we expressly accept an assignment to do so.
If a notarial deed is to be used abroad, a special procedure is required (apostille and legalisation). We will be happy to initiate this process for you.
